great location and friendly staff
excellent location friendly staff great drinks
i found the location excellent it was a short walk to magnificent mile and the train. the staff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping they were polite. gustav at the bar made really great drinks.

totally awesome stay!
friendly staff convenient location easy reach
the staff was super friendly. everything i wanted to see was easy to reach either by walking or a quick taxi ride. i really enjoyed the convenient location and how easy it was to get around!
The digital key stopped working a few times and locked me out. That was a bit annoying.

the hotel bar near the entrance has bartenders that are nice and friendly. they offer great service and are enjoyable to talk to. i loved that.

i stayed in a king room. i loved the city view. this room had comfortable amenities and everything i needed for a relaxed visit, so i was happy with my choice!

The attached garage is a super convenient feature. it makes parking easy, i thought this was great. also, the hallways smelled amazing. They really did, i noticed it right away.
